spacious house with a pool
The luxurious, modern well equipped house is located a few steps from the fine sandy beach of Cala Mandia. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small new development. Its
160 m² boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms has a bathtub
and a separate shower. Two bedrooms are upstairs, one of them has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, the other bedroom has two single beds, which
can put together or separated as required. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed of 150 x 200 cm.
The house has its own 3 x 7 m pool. On the adjoining terrace are sun loungers, a garden table with 6 chairs and a barbecue.The roof terrace is about 50
m² with a fantastic view. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a small
outside kitchen, there are showers on the roof and on the terrace in front of the pool to refresh or rinse off the
sand from the beach.
The sandy beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Anguila as well as restaurants, bars, shops, tennis courts, diving school etc. are only a few steps away.

Resort & Beaches
Cala Mandia is a lively low-rise resort with Bars and Restaurants. There are two
large Hotels with different evening
programs just a stroll away. Overall, it is a good base if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but with all the facilities, and would like to use it as a central starting point for island excursions.
There are three sandy beaches. All are beautiful and very safe for children. Cala Mandia has been awarded the blue flag for water quality. There are also boat trips along the local coastline. You can take a 2 hour round trip to
Porto Cristo. The boat stops half way and lets the passengers have a dip in the sea. A real treat.
Further details
Hop on the bus which will take you in to Porto Cristo, which has lots of nice shops to look around. From
Porto Cristo you can get a bus to almost anywhere on the Island. If you choose to get a taxi to and from
Porto Cristo it will cost around € 7.00 each way.
Cala Mandia also has numerous tennis courts and there is a Scuba Diving school at the beach, Horse riding and Golf just a short drive away.
A car is not essential but it is the best way to explore this beautiful exotic island.
Travel / Distances
It takes around 1 hour to transfer from the airport, and a taxi will cost approx. €100.00 one-way.
